Lineup and performers

The running order of the night, on one or more stages, shown on your event page and in the app.

The Lineup tab is the running order of your event: who plays, when and where. Participants see it on the event page and in the Kesho app.

The tab shows a timeline, from the doors to the end, with one row per stage (Main stage first).

  • Add a slot: click an empty spot, or drag across a stage to set its start and end. Or choose Add slot.
  • Change a slot: click it to edit, or drag it to move it.
  • Add stage: for a second room or an outdoor stage.
  • Name: the artist, the speaker or what happens.
  • Type: Set, Headliner, Doors or Break. When Doors open isn’t set in Details, a Doors slot gives the doors time printed on the tickets.
  • Role (optional): “Warm-up”, “B2B set”…
  • Stage, start and end.
  • About and a photo (Upload photo): shown when participants open the slot.

Slots without times show under Not scheduled yet: useful when you know who plays but not when.

On a series, each date has its own lineup. When you add or change a slot, the admin asks which dates should get it: this date, this and following dates, or all upcoming dates.
