The marketplace
kesho.eu lists the public events of every organizer, so participants who don't know you yet can find you.
The Kesho marketplace, at kesho.eu, lists every organizer’s public events. Participants look for something to do by date, place and category, and land on your event, on your own page.
How your events get there
Section titled “How your events get there”- Public events are listed, from their publication.
- Private events never are.
- Their category, subcategory and tags (in the event’s Details) decide where they appear: choose them well.
- The cover picture, the name and the short description make the card participants see. See Pictures and media.
Keep events off the marketplace
Section titled “Keep events off the marketplace”- One event: untick List this event on the Kesho marketplace in its Details, Visibility.
- All your events: untick List my public events on the Kesho marketplace in Settings › Branding and domain. Your own page doesn’t change.
The Kesho team’s check
Section titled “The Kesho team’s check”Some events wait for a quick check by the Kesho team before appearing on the marketplace, while already live on your own page and on sale:
- the first paid event of a new organization;
- an event whose text has words that need a check (health claims, ticket resale…);
- an event reported by several participants.
You receive an email after the check. The event’s page in your admin says where it stands: Waiting for marketplace review, Not on the marketplace, or Unpublished by Kesho, with the team’s message. If you disagree, reply to the email, within six months.
What participants see
Section titled “What participants see”A card with your cover, the date, the place and the price from, linking to the event on your page.

| It’s in the wrong category | The category or subcategory chosen. | Change it in Details, Category and tags. |
| Not on the marketplace after review | The team kept it off. It’s still live on your page, and sales continue. | Read the message; reply to the email if you disagree. |
| Unpublished by Kesho | After review, the event was unpublished and sales stopped. Tickets already sold stay valid. | Reply to the email to have it published again. |
