Languages
Which languages your page and events are offered in, and the one participants see when their own isn't offered.
Kesho is in English, French, Dutch, German and Spanish. Your organization offers some or all of them: participants read your page, your events and the checkout in their language, and receive their emails and tickets in it.
Choose your languages
Section titled “Choose your languages”In Settings › Branding and domain:
- Languages offered: participants can read your site and events in these languages, and event texts can be translated into each of them.
- Default language: shown when we can’t tell the participant’s language.
Translations
Section titled “Translations”Each event’s name and descriptions, each ticket type’s name, your page’s tagline and about text, and your legal pages can be written in each offered language. Until a text is translated, participants see it in your main language. See Event languages.
Your own language in the admin
Section titled “Your own language in the admin”The admin’s language is yours, not your organization’s: choose it in Settings › Your profile, or with the language menu at the top of the admin.
