Export your data and close your organization
Download everything as spreadsheets, and close your organization when you stop.
Both are in Settings › Profile and legal, at the bottom, for owners.
Export your data
Section titled “Export your data”Your data, Prepare an export: everything about your organization as spreadsheets in a ZIP file: events, ticket types, orders, tickets, guests, promo codes, team and payouts.
It takes a few minutes. You receive an email when it’s ready, and the export’s page shows Download until a date. It contains participants’ personal data: keep it safe, and delete it when you no longer need it.
Close your organization
Section titled “Close your organization”Delete organization, then type its name to confirm.
- It’s only possible when no upcoming event has valid tickets: cancel them, or wait until they’ve taken place.
- Your page and your events go offline at once.
- After 89 days, the data that only served your organization is deleted. Until then, you can ask us to reopen it.
- Your Stripe account stays yours, with its payments and payouts.
If something’s wrong
